sorry, I thought lower CPU usage & higher CPU frequency is abnormal reading. That is why I asked this question.

Sorry for delayed response. Issue was due to attempted read write memory issue. It did not showed in exception though. But it is resolved now. Please mark this question as answered.

Are there any cost effective way to provide high IOPS to each VM? I think RAID setup with 20 hard disk setup is too costly.

I wanted to run around 20VM for above configuration. Each VM will need around 6GB disk space. Right now I thinking for a single 128GB SSD for 10 VM. A mere $25/monthly price is increased. SSD will always beat SAS. Pricing is not issue for me. a 256GB ssd just cost around $60/monthly. That will give me around 20VM performance boost. What do you think for 128GB SSD for above configuration for my server with 10VM?

I think in this matter, a 128 or 256 SSD will have better option in place of SAS. I have not checked yet IOPS limit warning. This might be culprit.

The code mention above sometime work & sometime won't work. I think flags has to be reset or something I am missing. Same happened with windows task manager list view control. It work some time & sometime it won't.

It is third party syslistview control of external application, Not my own syslistview control. I intend to copy syslistview contents in clipboard using wm_command. It's working fine for copying items contents. But this external application only copying selected list view rows.
I was trying to call set item state to select all rows & then call copy command by sending wm_command. And lvm get item won't work on this syslistview control, cause it has ownerdrawfixed style.
I confirm that in spy++, set item state was calling when manually selecting all rows in listview.
But as per above code I tried, it won't select all listview rows.
Also same for windows task manager list view control. It won't select all rows.
I hope I clarify enough, why I wanted to get working above code.

You are right. I was using old sharpzip dll from their samples on website. I used correct dll. IT worked. I still some question regarding output file & how to download.
Here is my similar code which works using your above aproach.
Exception ERR = null;
MemoryStream md = GetMemoryStream(@"C:\InetPub\wwwroot\File.txt", out ERR);
ZipToByteArray(md, "example.zip", "nilu");
Now i was expecting zip file to be in my project debug folder or wwwroot folder. But no files created on my server physical disk. Is this zip file created in only in memory of my server. If yes how can my client application access this zipped memory stream over internet. In your above example for downloading this zipped stream, Where can I add my server address e.g 155.131.535.231 in client application code?

Hi,
I am getting error StreamUtils doesn't exist & zipStream.Password method not available. I used & defined sharpzip dll reference correctly. All other references working like "ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip.ZipOutputStream" & "ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip.ZipEntry" . Might be my dll is old. Downloaded again from shapzip website correct dll. But same problem.
Here are C# sharpzip declaretion:
using ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip;
using ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Checksums;
using ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip.Compression;
using ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip.Compression.Streams;
