thanks,but these method only insert or replace Text.

Range(25,45) include Picture,Table,Format...
I want add all content of Range(25,45) just like Copy and Paste.

I had instanced only one Application.
this code process word take a long time.
have many Action,such as:
Move seletion.

so open other Word Document,will let this software fail.
