thanks a lot Dave.
it works fine now after i re-register 2 DLLs after i run regsvr32 in cmd when i run it as administrator.
but, i have another question, if you can help me.
how to make sure that these DLLs will be successfully registered when i deploy my app.?
as i told you the app. is written in VB6.
and i use the setup & Deployment project in Visual Studio 2008 for the setup project to make the install .msi & .exe files.
do you have any suggestions?
and thanks again brother.

thanks again Dave,
but the link you shared is for SQL server 2005, and i am using SQL Server 2008.
and on my development machine the program works fine,
but when i build it and try to deploy it on another machine, first it give me an error "Module .dll Failed to register HRESULT -2147024714.
when i try to re-register this DLL it gives me the following error:
the module "c:\program" failed to load
