that link cannot solve my problem as I said I need to force overwriting #using to add "as_friend" tag. the link you gave shows how to do it as if you never use #using link to specific dll before.

you CAN initialize Basics object that way in AccessVaria. It would look like
public class AccessVaria{
private Basic bs = new Basic();
public void DoSomething(){
bs.intMaths = 10;
}
}
However, since bs object is private, you will not be able to use this instance in any other classes.
Please be sure to read the coding convention, this will help you a lot later on

richcb is correct. One way that you could do is to build your own or use JQuery progress bar. If you need it to communicate to the server, then use Ajax.

Yes to Mr. Bailwal. Alternatively, you can have a singleton class that run on a thread.

you are not inheriting from label. if you want to use as the object, you should inherit of the base control. For example, you can inherit grid and in you costume control have a label object as a child. So now your costume control is a grid that has label.
if you think of XAML, your control would look something like:
<grid>
<Label></Label>
</grid>
or you can add border by having you custom object to inherit border. So hierarchically/XMAL would look like :
<Border>
<Grid>
<Label></Label>
</grid>
</Border>
I believe the default background of Label is transparent, but if not you can set pretty much any control background to be transparent
