History


LAKSHYA’s inception was on 21st September, 2003, wherein it started
its operations in the field of IT Education and Training with strength
a of 16 students in 2 batches. Since then we have come some distance
and have trained in excess of 16,000 students in the intervening span
of 4 years. This has established us as the biggest and most preferred
IT training company in Eastern India with an unprecedented and
scorching growth rate.
Since August 2005, LAKSHYA has diversified into the field of software
solutions, with the formation of the LAKSHYA Solutions Ltd (LSL). LSL
incorporates a group of highly dynamic and innovative professionals,
most of whom are graduates from IITs and have been working with
top-notch global IT companies like Sun Microsystems, Fiorano, Infosys,
NIIT to name a few.

Today, on the one hand our Training wing has provided its
services to top universities of the People’s Republic of China like
Nanchang University and Beijing University on the other hand our
Software Solutions wing has entered into strategic partnerships with
global leaders like Alcatel-Lucent, Genesys Labs for development of
solutions.

In keeping with its objective to become “The Missing Link”
between our clients and their success / growth, we are committed to
scale even greater heights.

CallDesk

A operation critical agent desktop that has been developed using
“server push” architecture and is equipped with an Ajax front-end that
does not require any “page refresh” thereby drastically improving
system performance and resource efficiency. Integrates with any CTI
platform – proprietary like CISCO, Genesys, Avaya or Aspect and Open
Source platforms like Asterisk.

CellMate

A mobile-based contact and relationship management application
meant to be used by professionals for whom better time and relationship
management translates into better business.

CSQL Enterprise

CSQL Enterprise is an high performance, bi-directional
updateable data-caching infrastructure that sits between the clustered
application process and back-end data sources to provide unprecedented
high throughput to your application. This is based on the open source

SmartBilling

A pre / post paid billing solution for Hosted Call Centre
(HIPCC) service providers. The system can extract CDRs from any CTI
server available and in variable formats (CSV, ASN, etc) and mediate,
rate, bill and generate the invoice for the customer. Processing speeds
can be tweaked up to 100CDRs/sec. Highly available and scalable

SoftPhone

This application is the tool that will revolutionise the
fundamental operating mode of any contact centre across the world. As
it is known that for any contact centre agent to successfully handle
customer calls, he / she must be using a Phone and a PC simultaneously
and the coordination between the 2 devices must be spot on to ensure
that the customer on the other end of the line does not feel any
discomfort.

LakshyaPBX

LakshyaPBX is a soft PBX derived from Open Source solution
Asterisk. The features are in-built Config Manager, Speech Engine for
speech enabling the directory services, one contact one number concept
with intelligent routing of call to desk, then to mobile and ultimately
patching a call to the mobile. The last option is sending a voice mail
to the email of the contact.
