Out of interest, I took a look at your code. Honestly, that's going to be almost impossible for someone else to solve in its current form. Some of the things you should look at, to make it more readable.

  1. Actually use SQL Parameters properly. Right now, you're creating sql parameters, but you are injecting the values directly into your SQL statements - this means you are open for SQL Injection attacks
  2. Break the logic up into smaller chunks - that code is far too long to understand
  3. Close your connections when you're finished with them. You are going to hit issues very quickly if you don't.
  4. You're issuing insert statements that are using a value of -1 inserted records to determine whether or not a record is a duplicate. Rather than doing this, you should actually use real duplicate checks. You should use something like IF NOT EXISTS (SELECT ....) INSERT INTO ...., but be aware that it is technically possible to still get duplicates if you encounter race conditions.
