I got your point.
(FYI: I posted a link to the project's homepage and asked something like "Do you think this is an useful tool?")
Let's see, maybe I can re-try with providing some more information respectively a more detailled hint to what I am actually looking / asking for.
.. if I would still be allowed to? Or is my account now stigmatized as "spam account" and therefore banned for new posts? Okok, I will just try later on.
Thanks for your feedback btw! Even if it was not related to my project itself, you gave me some useful tips which I will take into account in the future when there is a "wish for opinions" coming up (no kidding)

The ways of the Spam Detector are not for us mere mortal minds: it's heuristic, and has been know to take a dislike to individuals before...
But no post is deleted automatically: everything the detector picks up goes to a queue for a human moderator to review and pass or reject for publication. (It's a necessary evil - you would not believe the amount of spam we got before it was introduced.)
So far, your account is still open - though it has "spammer tags" associated with it, those will fade with time - so posting is still open and allowed.
Why not write up the project as an article: Submit a new Article[^] - that way you can get feedback and educate people!

OriginalGriff wrote: If your post was along the lines of "I wrote this, look at it, it's great!" then yes, it probably looks more like spam than anything else.
It wasn't even that much, was asked (perhaps unintentionally) more in the mode of "I found this project over here, do you guys thinks it's worthwhile using?" It smelled spammy, I looked, I saw it was published by the user, so I called it as I saw it -- trying to drive traffic to his project.

In which case I think you made exactly the right call - but in this case it was probably a case of the OP "posting first and thinking later".
Give him another chance and keep an eye on him?

Shall we give him a chance, and suspend the "ban 'im" process for a while?

We should. Usual spammers are not generally so talkative.

That was my feeling.
OK: @Sean-Ewington can you clear the "spammer" tags from the account please?

This would be article: New framework for generating user interfaces using any data sources quickly[^]
As an article, it's poor - it doesn't tell you anything about the framework, just about all you get is "how to install it".
But ... the username is obviously there only to be connected with the "new framework" (it's the same as the framework name: Astonio - Professional Profile[^] so it's technically spam.
But the framework is open source, so there isn't any money to be made.
I've voted for "extremely poor quality" but I'm sort of leaning towards spam / spammer as well.
Your thoughts?

That's because you don't have the reputation needed to moderate articles - you need to write (and get approved) several of them before you get that privilege. It's in the pending queue (all articles and tips are moderated by humans before they are accepted for publication) so you can't see it until it gets through.
Many of the posts here in this forum will need some reputation to read what they link to.
You haven't been here very long yet, so it will come with time!

Gold status in either of the categories Author, Authority, Editor, Organiser allows article moderation. Else I would be far away from that too

A Point to ask cp to reactivate 0x01aa for me...
But I think I will try to get enough rep with this acc, and don't bother cp to reactivate the other one

Why? No one needs more than one account. Unless they are a troll, spammer or just a general troublemaker.
