I have downloaded the source code of "Blood Pressure Tracker, Win 8 Phone Based HealthVault App" project from this website. I am using VS 2013 with .Net 4.5
Any Idea, how to resolve it?

You should install the latest update for Visual Studio 2013 and the latest update for Windows Phone SDK:

Tip: Always ask Google first. In this case, googling for "XamlServicesWP" gives you other forum posts where people have the same problem as the first results - and there are already answers ;)

(If googling for "XamlServicesWP" would have brought a lot of other results, not related to your problem, my next Google search would have been "FileNotFoundException Could not load file or assembly XamlServicesWP")
