Ebizframe installation

Hello there, there's this system that my company is using called ebizframe. Right now its set up and running but UI haven't got a clue how to set it up in the event of a crash and the documentation is quite shady. I'm new to oracle forms (Only gone as far as running hello word) so for starters I want to set up a dummy server but how do I go about installing ebizframe from the ebizframe folder (Think that's how its done). The backend is oracle 10g
