How to change a scroll down date conditions

Hi,

I have a new take away website, due to my business plan, I cannot deliver asap or the next day, I need to change the options from the scroll down so that it will not show today date or tomorrow as an available time slot for a delivery,

so basically, if today is Monday, I need the code to show Wednesday as the first available date for a delivery,

also I need to change the hours from being in an hour format, e.g. from the list

08:00
09:00
10:00

I need to make it to 3 hours delivery window,

so I need the list to show something like this

09:00 - 12:00
12:00 - 03:00

so is that possible ? I'm new to this stuff, I got the website as a full system, but these customisation were going to cost me a lot, so I wanted to do them myself, I already changed a lot of stuff, but my little experience in editing codes didn't really help me to sort this one out

This is not a good or reasonable question. It's not clear what kind of help would you expect. If you need to learn Web site programming, learn it, display on your pages whatever you want. If you want to modify existing site, you are the one who has the access to its source code (notably, your PHP server-side code). If you ordered your site from some company, you need to learn how to support your ownership. And let me tell you that the site looks extremely ugly, with busy (and not really appetizing :-() background, it does not clearly show what its user can do, and so on; it cannot be really fixed by changing some timing data and its presentation.
