I want to provide protection from the keylogger application.

Keylogger is a software which secretly logs the keystrokes with out the knowledge of user.

I need to detect the keyloggers using Anti-hooking technique ...

Is their any other way to detect the keyloggers in the system.

The question is interesting enough, so I up-voted it. At the same time, even without Web search, learning of Windows Hooks API could lead you to understanding of how you could do it.

But, paired with his other question, I smell a black hat wannabe.

Who knows?.. we cannot know exactly. I used to disassemble executables and develop Windows hooks, so what?..

This is not too hard to do. All the basic steps are explained here: https://zairon.wordpress.com/2006/12/06/any-application-defined-hook-procedure-on-my-machine.
