subdirectory for resources in ios

I'm beginner in IOS programming, I want implement gallery with small and big size of pictures,small and big pics are same name . I want put them in folders like this:

small\pic.png
big\pic.png

and locate pic from root like this:

\small\pic.png

is it possible how can I do it?
