Right click options (open in a new tab) are not being displayed on IE9

I am working on single page apllication.

In our apllication i am using KnockOut Js,web Api.
Code is working on all the browsers including Ie10 and IE11 also.

but only issue in Ie9.

problem:--Right click options (open in a new tab) are not being displayed on IE9
Please resolve
