Hi All,

I use DotSpatial libraries to use and process offline map data. i use states.shp for demo. In my application i need to use my custom shapefile for my clients a city shape file of Addis Ababa. how to create custom .shp file .

GPSBabel stands alone and the GDAL consortium(sp) is QUITE a comprehensive package. These might facilitate your explorations.
