How to attach virtual network to virtual switch on windows server 2012 R2 (running on VM)

I am running a Windows Server 2012 R2 VM (using Hyper V on windows 8.1 PRO), on this VM I am running System center R2 VMM, on this VMM server, I need to create a virtual network and attach to the virtual switch which is used by the Win Server 2012 R2 VM, to make a new cloud and in this create a VM with network mapping.

How can I do this ? Please help asap.

Scenario : I need to implement disaster recovery for VM from on-premises to azure.
