Outlook 2010 Add In.

Is it possible to create an outlook office 2010 add in using visual studio 2013. I am able to get 2010 office template, if I change the target framework to 4.0. But if I try to reopen the solution the visual studio is asking to do a one way upgrade.

I am using

Windows 8.1, Visual studio 2013 and office 2013 in my system.

Yes, but you need to install Office 2010 PIA[^].
