getting error on connecting Vpn "Reason 442: Failed to enable Virtual Adapter."

Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client.
Reason 442: Failed to enable Virtual Adapter.

For above error I tried the solution available on

still it is not working.
please suggest something else which will solve the problem.
