How do I Migrate Old Marketplace Users to New Marketplace App ?

This is the Link I'm Following

And they are saying to use the following api,

PUT https://www.googleapis.com/appsmarket/v2/upgradableApp/listingID/cwsID/domain

but this api needs 2 Legged authentication.

I'm trying to get the same but yet not getting is right. Please help me regarding this.
