How to host a website?

Hello Sr. i want to learn how to host website. i know how to develop a website in php but now i want to put it in web like with domain name etc www.blabla.com so i need a full tutorial for that and after hosting website how can i get that e-mail id like other website have "hr@blabla.com" ,"admin@blabla.com" something like that so for that what i have to do? please help me.
