I want to design a dictionary that contains two different languages is
I do not know what your database fields would be.
Is it possible that your field, it is appropriate for me to give a good dictionary?

Solution 1

Keep words in a Table and Translations in another Table with a Language Id.
Have Language table with all the Languages and their respective Ids.

Fields that comes to mind for me:
Word
Translation
Description
English pronunciation
American pronunciation
But in my opinion these fields to design a complete dictionary and not strong enough.
What field do you recommend to your management?

First start with these. You can modify and add later... But for now, it is fine.
