How to solve cache Issue in IE10

Hi All,
I am using an application that is developed in ASP.NET that contains a form to get the DB user name and password. When event i change the user name and password and click save it always show the old value before i changed. I checked my application it doesn't use any cache it very straight forward just validate the DB username and password and save the value in web.config and then set the values to user name, password text boxes.

When i clear the browser cache it loads the new value i entered and it works fine in IE9. Also i verified with auto fill option disable.

Can any one tell we what it wrong in ie settings.
