I'm currently working as manual qa and doing transition to automatic testing , so think again about the "child" and "you have same task, and don't want to do your homework" . But to be honest when i started i had some hard time understanding and making the logic by myself, cause you should be thinking as a computer, not just using some basic daily logic. So, i was lucky enough to have a friend that's a dev and when i had some hard time he used to explain to me the way the task works, the logic and why it's that i had the full picutre and i had the opportunity to analyse, NOT building the task, but having it already build with answer and explanations and breaking it into small pieces. So let's use that critical thinking to understand that some people are not supposed to learn the same way YOU LEARNED it . He said he got the answer, he's looking for an different point of view WHY IS that, and you are coming with some moral lessons and stuff, why is that and how you helped with that? If you are a dev and a junior comes with a question, you gon read him some moral lessons either or what? It's IT industry and what makes it different is that we help eachother, not putting people down cause of ego problems. You sleep in that forum 24/7 , atleast be usefull. Sorry if i sound too passive-aggresive, nothing personal against you i just don't think that's the approach that we have to impose even if i understand you.
