How to change the default url in heroku using git?

I created an app on heroku (ahsansarena.herokuapp.com).....This app was created using git when i used heroku create it gave me an address of rocky-plains-3318 but i needed a different address so i renames my app through heroku.com but after this the url in git remained the same....Now whenever i have to update my website I have to rename it to the previous name(rocky-plains-3381) through heroku.com.....Please tell me some way through which i can permanently chanfe the name in git so i can update easily.......Thanks in advance......
