How do I softcoded(passing from the properties file) J Button in Arabic Language

Can anybody suggest me. Plz help me out and resolve about this problem.
Kindly suggest me.

Actually i have created GUI Screen and in GUI Screen i created J Label and J Button.
but i want to pass from properties file but i can't to able to do this.

Give some instructions and Clue for above problem.

You are looking for something called "multi language support" or "internationalization". Often it's also called "I18n" or similar.

You need to use UTF-8 encoding to present non-ASCII characters.

You will also want to have the GUI of your application running RTL instead of LTR right?
