Dear friends,


I want to use the xp_sendmail procedure in my sqlserver
But I still working in Virtual Box and this OS dont have the Office outlook aplication
for these reason I can not configure my client mail by default.

I hear about .dll outlook that I can use, please give me datails about that, how a can download, configure, and use it. Also, if you know another solution for this purpose, please give me the solution.

If you want to use outlook, you need to install outlook. Seems obvious.

Here[^] is how to configure that proc, I am not sure you need outlook ?

Yeah my friend I don have an outlook aplication in my Virtual Box, How I can download it for may VirtualBox, and how I can installing it?

You can buy it, that's about it. Or read the links I gave you, to see if it's needed, because I doubt it is. Outlook is a mail reader, not a mail server, for a start.

Well, that's another way to do it. You can call your own C# code inside a stored proc, too.
