HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error in websitepanel and add webiste

hey guys

i have windows server 2008 r2 and i installed websitepanel with web platform installer v4.6

now i added domain with this name www.gadgetfa.com

but when i want create website after select domain and create website i have below error
