Why not ask the database administrator to reset the password for you?

Because its a test question, not an actual database password...

Seriously. I think you're possibly as lazy as your tutor is.

(S)he has been using the same question for at least 3 different classes now. (i.e since 2011) Please at least do some basic leg-work before you come asking for help. It's just inconsiderate otherwise.

As others have noted - this is really not a forum that's friendly to questions involving the reversal of password/protection schemes. It's unlikely that most people even bothered to look at your image. Too many people come here thinking that a thinly veiled hacking request is original or likely to fool us.

As I mentioned, I've seen this question dating back to 2011 - I realize you're completing a class task. But with time, you'll come to understand how hard it is to differentiate your post from many of the junior tricksters/password crackers out there. Please, don't take it personally.

No.

We do not assist with any form of hacking cracking or other activity that could be seen as malicious. And password hacking is that.

Please do not ask again.

Please do not offer to help people to learn how to hack passwords.
