Delphi 7 - font sizing between windows 7 and xp

Hi,

I'm wondering if someone can help me. I have a delphi 7 application in which when loaded onto an XP machine everything is proportionate and general looks fine but when I install it on a windows 7 pc the font on labels are bigger and therefore overlaps into textboxes, runs off buttons etc.

All other textbox, button sizes stay the same, just the font gets bigger.

Any chance there is a quick fix to this?
