Does anyone know of a alternative C# editor? Other than Visual Studio.

Do you need to use it for development (then you would better use some IDE)? Or something else? Or, do you need to embed an editor in your code?

You can try with SharpDevelop[^] or MonoDevelop[^] which also supports different platforms.

As long as you have the .NET framework installed, you could write software in notepad and compile it with csc.exe which is installed with .NET.
