When it comes to general learning, start with Google, especially if you are after tutorials. The internet is a major part of any learning experience in this modern world and I suggest you start there.
Once you have tried the various tutorials out there, try creating your own site, then as you come across problems with your code/understanding post questions on here. When you are posting your questions on here, try and stick to the guidelines, give code examples and explain where your issues lie clearly and precisely so we can help.
