Background subtraction of image

I am first time working on vb .net. I have two images one is original and other is of background. I want two subtract these two images and show irt as a result so that I will get the only object as detected. So give me simple code for it.

You shold place one image as background image....and
if you want second over firstone then second image must has to Tranparent...:)
