1) Don't shout. It is not interesting what you want. You came here to kindly ask for help, and not to command!
2) The question can not be answered because there is no "the desktop", there are different desktops for all users, plus a common one.
3) So let's assume you want to alter the common desktop. Well, to do that, you need to have administrator plus elevated rights or to run the command as system. Which is dangerous!
4) Why on earth do you want to do that? If your sql server runs on a server, nobody will see it. If it runs on a desktop you have other means to create folder, why would you do that from within sql server?

So even if you follow the path suggested by Mehdi Gholam, you will end up with nothing useful. I suggest you rethink your application. Or you could share with us your motivations in this direction, and maybe somebody could give you better advice...

Oh, I have read that before you did. And I do know the possible solutions :)
The one you have accepted might be the way you have chosen to go - and it might look a solution to the concrete question you posed, but that won't make your wider approach better.

yes i agree with u... I just added 'Guest' user to my database saying that he can have full access rights as the Administrator and its worked for me... Thank you for ur comment which made me to think of my database to work over Network systems.. Itz totally a window based application. .
