CONNECTION LOST CONTACT ORA-03135

HI ALL

I had a web application. Currently i am facing one Issue CONNECTION LOST CONTACT(ORA-03135).
While at the time of logging the application i am getting this error. I done all the changes which is advised by dba.oracle.com but still i am facing the issue. My Database is ORACLE 11G and MY IIS is 6.0. Sometimes my Application allow me to login. This Connection Lost Error occurs Randomly.

What all changes you have done suggested by www.dba-oracle.com? Please check expire time parameter and increase it. Are you using windows server for oracle as well?

Thanks for your response.

In My application server i done the changes on SQLNET.ORA File by increasing the sql net.expire time,Connection Time out, In bound connection timeout parameter value assigned by me.
