Hi All,

Am facing a strange problem while developing a donut chart using Fusion Charts.

It is appearing fine for few values and appearing blank for certain values like 325.6 or 651.2 etc.

Can someone please help me getting some idea about this issue or any way out to resolve the issue.

What I have tried:

I checked in Chrome Dev Tools but didn't find any difference in the elements. Also, no such error is getting generated.

There's a secret error somewhere in your secret code. You need to fix that.

Seriously, nobody can help you fix a problem you can't describe in code we can't see using data we don't have access to.

Click the green "Improve question" link and update your question to include the relevant parts of your code, and a sample of the data that causes the problem. If possible, create a JSFiddle[^] or CodePen[^] that demonstrates the problem.

Yes I thought of taking their help but I do not have enough information regarding Registration ID and other info may be. So, thought of posting here.

Its true that without the code its really difficult to find out the solution. But, I thought may be someone faced such kind of issue ever and can help me out fixing it.

Thanks

Pretty much, the only people who can help you are the chart authors: so as Graeme_Grant has said, you need to contact Support : FusionCharts Technologies[^] and raise a ticket.

I'm sure they are used to customers who can't find ID details, and will help you to work out what it is from your company details. After all, you did pay for it, so you should use the support you gave them money for!
