How do I fix this issue when I send an object detection request?

i am reciving this error from my request and i am not sure of the cause.

{'error': 'The request timed out (#reqid {request.reqid})', 'success': False, 'code': -1, 'inferenceMs': 0, 'processMs': 0, 'analysisRoundTripMs': 0}

What I have tried:

i haven't tried much because i can't seem to understand what the issue is. If i go into my CodeProject.AI server i can't see the details of the request. That means i don't understand what the issue could be.
