How to display the baumer camera on winform via IP(no internet, internal company)?

Hello everyone, I am connecting Baumer camera to Baumer camera Explorer software through company intranet (not internet), and got an error that the image cannot be displayed.

What I have tried:

I tried with home internet and it works fine. Hope everyone can help

It's probably a firewall or similar on the company net - talk to your network support people and explain why you need it.
