I am desktop developer using c#.net now i am planning to do in web, can you give me the best tools to do in web?

1. nodeJS
2. asp.net
3. asp.net core web api

It depends on what you want to accomplish, but judging on your C# experience ASP.NET Core seems like a good fit, you can also avoid JavaScript by using Blazor.
It is easy to get lost in the Web development area as there are so many choices and platforms available:
nodeJS, Go, PHP, Typescript, Haskell, Ruby, Haxe, Elixir etc.
