Hi All,

I am developing a whatsapp bot as per the client requirements, using python and mongodb.

Currently, am using Twilio to test the app but I need to deploy the bot with my client's own number. That support is not available in Twilio, I believe. I will have to buy phone numbers from them and also need to pay huge for using the sandbox and phone numbers.

So, please guide me as how to setup client's own number for the whatsapp bot.

What I have tried:

I did some research on this, in google and youtube. There are lots of tutorials available but nobody explained properly regarding the deployment of python script, mongodb database, and also using own number on production.

I am planning to deploy on heroku or if anything else will be better, please suggest.

I came to know that Dialog 360 allows porting to own number but they want the person to be their partner first and so its costly again.

You need to go to the WhatsApp developer site for answers to this question.

Someone posted something related to this and it was quite detailed, which might be helpful. Cannot be able to see that content anymore. Please share it again. I think the member name was showing something starting with 150****, not sure though.
