if anyone heard about this or having any simple steps to do the source code pls can u share it. it will be more helpful for me.

What I have tried:

there is only one reference available in github "https://github.com/Tencent/TNN" and I am working in windows os.

I know it has cross-platform capability, so what is the problem?

yes.. the problem is i have done according to given github details and while compiling with or without openvino it shows some error like this

CMake Error: CMake was unable to find a build program corresponding to "Ninja". CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM is not set. You probably need to select a different build tool.
CMake Error: CMAKE_C_COMPILER not set, after EnableLanguage
CMake Error: CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER not set, after EnableLanguage
-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!
See also "C:/Users/Nisreen/Desktop/TNN-master/scripts/build_win/CMakeFiles/CMakeOutput.log".
The parameter is incorrect
CMake Error: Generator: execution of make failed. Make command was: &&

and also i need some tutorial to understand step by step process of it. I will share the github file here.

So update your question with this information. Have you tried using a different build tool as suggested? Finally - this is not a tutorial site
