From your question, I assume that you got code from an article on this site and have a problem with it.
If so, then don't post this under Quick Answers - if you got the code from an article, then there is a "Add a Comment or Question" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.
Posting this here relies on them "dropping by" and realising it is for them - and there are 15,000,000 members who can write articles, and hundreds of thousands of articles they might have written so the odds are not good at all!
If you didn't get the code here, you are still probably better off asking the original author rather than a "random website" but if that isn't possible, we would need a lot more information before we could even start helping you.
