Looks like you have almost answered your own question. But as to which are good? You will need to go and research the cost benefit of each for yourself. What is good for one person may not be so for another.

Cloud Providers are better than traditional hosting services if the additional services are of benefit to you.

It all depends on what you are trying to do and the amount of traffic.
