What can I convert to bitmap?

I made an environmental map in blender so that I could have a custom reflection on my windows screensaver. It needs to be a bitmap (.bmp) file, but blender doesn't save or export as bitmap. Is there any file format I could use to convert to bitmap to use for the reflection?

What I have tried:

- At least 5 online .blend to .bmp converters, none worked, all encountered an "error"
- STL to BMP, didn't work (I could be wrong)

Try the "Print Scrn" key once you're full screen.

What would pressing print screen key do? I tried, and nothing happened. Are you telling me to take a screenshot?
