Script twitch api online query when online reload page

Hi there, I am looking for a script.

As read above I am looking for a script such as for Tampermonkey or other scripts extension, with which I can turn on and off the script for the website Twitch.
This script should query via the Twitch API every 15 sec whether the channel XY is online and if so, he reloads the page 1x with 15 sec delay and then notifies me by push or email.
This should also work in the background.
That would be it.

I hope for some help.
