Did a Udemy course on MERN stack. Now planning to take up a fresher position or internship to start my career. What projects would look good on my resume?

What I have tried:

I have made some to-do apps but I think it won't set me apart.

It all depends on what experience and skills potential employers are looking for. You could start by talking to recruiters in your area to see what the current market looks like.
