What exactly class and object in OOP?

Hi guys, I want to understand what class and object really are. Please don't come to me with simple examples. For example, car class. What I want to understand is how they work. As we really know, everything is made up of classes and objects, but I want to know exactly how it works and in what situations I can create objects.

What I have tried:

I watched many tutorials they taught only basic examples, so I couldn't understand.
