If a user used SSMS to review tables and export a table as csv file, can his activity logged? Where it can be seen?

What I have tried:

I looked up the SSMS and did not find anything other than login and backup attempts.

Yes, it's built into SQL Server: it's called an SQL Server Audit (Database Engine) - SQL Server | Microsoft Docs[^] and it tracks what happens to a DB and which SQL User did it.
