Installation fails ! !

I just tried to install this, bt it failed with an error stating a previouds version is already installed.

No sign of any such installation can be found however, so how do I get around it ?

Could not find it in Add/Remove programs under any similar name, eg Codeproject or Sensai

This needs the staff to help you - we have no access to your system or the internals of the SenseAI server or installer.

Ask your question here: Bugs and Suggestions[^] but try to give better info about your system and so forth (and remember, the staff are on Canada time so it may take a few hours for a response!)
