How do I connect an external hard drive that is older

I have a Seagate external hard drive from around 7 to 10 years ago. It connects to my computer by USB cable. I don't see it as a choice when I try to operate from there while in LAMU. Is this supported?

Go to the Disk Management control panel (right click on start menu and search for disk management). It might need to be formatted and/or have a drive letter assigned.

This is a software development site: we are here to help with problems related to writing code and producing apps, not technical support for Windows.

I'd suggest trying a windows support forum such as Microsoft Community[^] (Google will find you others) or MS technical support.
