I want catch the user perform or not on computer.

What I have tried:

I have tried windows service, but result failed.

Just because the user hasn't "interacted" with the machine, that does not mean the user isn't doing anything. In my work, I can leave the machine doing a task for an hour and not touch the machine during that time. Does that mean I'm not doing anything?
