I am using an encryption program to protect sensitive data. My concern is the program could be de-compiled and the seed key re-covered by a Hacker, industrial espionage, etc.

Do you have any idea?

What I have tried:

Yes you can: the only way to secure such data is to have the key entered externally - by a user or similar agent - every time it is needed, and for that key to be different for each separate part of the data. So if you have five files, that's five separate keys.
